// 01 Core expertise

What we build, end to end.

Firmware delivered end to end. From architecture decisions to field deployment, with tested code, secure updates, and documentation your team can maintain.

01

Modular Architecture

Clean firmware that survives team turnover. Modular design with Zephyr, NuttX, or FreeRTOS on STM32, ESP32, nRF52, RP2040, and RISC-V.

02

Secure Bootloaders & OTA

Deploy firmware updates without bricking devices. MCUboot with RSA/ECDSA signing, AES encryption, and recovery channels over CAN, RS-485, UART, or SD Card.

03

Industrial & IoT Protocols

Protocol stacks that work in the field. CAN-FD, CANopen, J1939, Modbus, DNP3, MDB, ISO-TP, Zigbee, and LoRa integrated and tested against real equipment.

04

Embedded UI & Remote Access

Touchscreen UIs your field teams can use. LVGL and TouchGFX on RGB (LTDC) and SPI displays, with VNC for remote diagnostics.

// 02 How we work

Three phases.
Zero surprises.

01

Requirements & Architecture

Understanding the problem before writing a single line. Risks mapped, interfaces defined, partitioning decided.

02

Build & Integrate

Modular firmware with automated testing and reviews. Incremental merges into a working device from week one.

03

Delivery & Handover

Production-ready code plus training and documentation. Your team owns the codebase, not the consultant.

Energy Fuel distribution

Embedded fuel flow metering system for distribution terminals

Development of a new embedded measurement system for fuel distribution loading terminals, with Ex (Explosive Atmospheres) certification for operation in classified areas. The system monitors flow rate and totalizes volume across two independent measurement lines, each with a dedicated HMI. A central controller coordinates actuators and alarms across the station.

Key features implemented:

  • › Secure OTA: MCUboot with heterogeneous flash support, signed with RSA and encrypted with AES
  • › External memory on HMIs: SDRAM (display framebuffer) + NOR flash (graphical assets), with custom linker script
  • › Communication: ISO-TP between boards, Modbus RTU and TCP/IP for external systems
  • › Delivery: full CI/CD pipeline + team training

BSP and firmware port for the Linum-STM32H753BI

The Linum-STM32H753BI is a commercial white-label board from Witte Technology, based on the STM32H753BI with 8-52V power supply, targeting industrial, IoT, and automation applications. All peripherals were implemented and validated, and we developed the Board Support Package (BSP) with documented reference applications. The contributions were accepted in the mainline repository of Apache NuttX and the Zephyr Project.

Highlights:

  • › All peripherals supported: RGB LCD with capacitive touch, CAN-FD, Ethernet, USB 2.0, RS-232/RS-485, microSD, 8 MB SDRAM, 16 MB NOR flash, EEPROM, audio amplifier
  • › Reference applications: LVGL with touchscreen, USB RNDIS, USB MSC, ModBus RTU master/slave, CAN-FD, NXFFS and LittleFS
  • › Custom linker script: external SDRAM for display framebuffer + NOR flash for graphical assets
  • › Mainline contribution: BSP accepted and published in the official NuttX and Zephyr documentation
